Your new company
My client is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Change Lead to join their Fintech firm who are based in European location. The duration of the contract will be 12 months initially and the successful candidate will be required to be located permanently in a European location for the 12 months with substantial travel across their other locations.

To be considered for this role you must have significant operational HR Transformation and Projects expertise along with proven experience in rolling out implementation of Success factors or Workday etc overseeing the development of this system within a large financial services organisation.

Your new role
You will lead the operational implementation of various HR Projects according to HR strategic roadmap. Collaborate with HR Stakeholders such as Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Global Operations Consultant Manager and Performance and Talent Manager. Partner with HRBP's and functional leaders in regions for deployment and execution of system roll-outs across all facets of HR including but not limited to Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. Develop and implement manpower planning and resources mapping for the various transformation stages Identification of technical requirements and competencies for Job families.

What you'll need to succeed
Along with strong HR transformation experience within financial services you will come from an HR generalist background
Proven experience influencing change across multiple business functions will be a must
Successful track record of operationalising performance management systems (Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Oracle, etc.)
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic and changing multicultural environment Understanding of different project management methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM/Kanban
Thorough knowledge of processes and knowledge areas accepted as best practice for the project management profession
Experience specifically with SAP Success Factors modules will be a must.
