Interim Resourcing Partner - initially 6 months
Our client is high profile & well respected within their niche service sector, and this role has arisen due to a current programme of significant change. Reporting to the HR Director, this resourcing role will work closely with key stakeholders to lead, develop, drive & deliver an effective resourcing service & processes across the business.
The resourcing function is currently in its infancy at the Manchester location, and this role will be tasked with implementing robust processes & systems in support of the organisation's strategy. This is a varied resourcing role which will include physically "rolling up your sleeves" to resource a volume of roles, alongside a programme of highlighting best practice recruitment throughout the organisation. Your resourcing knowledge & expertise will be honed, with the capability to use a wide range of techniques for varied levels alongside knowing how to attract the best candidates. In addition, you will be pivotal to supporting change around internal moves.
A graduate and preferably MCIPD qualified, you will already have proven in house experience of delivering an effective resourcing service within a public sector environment, and will possess an excellent working knowledge of recruitment methodologies & employment legislation. Based from Manchester, the role will have some initial travel to London. It will be highly preferable if you are qualified in psychometric testing and job evaluation.
