Currently working with a company in Stokenchurch who are searching for an Interim HR Advisor to join their team for 8 months on a contract basis. The role will pay up to £30,000 per annum.

The role of HR Advisor will be to deliver a professional and proactive generalist HR service to the business. You will be the first point of contact for all HR questions and queries, supporting the complete employee lifecycle and providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.

Duties will include;

* Provide expert guidance, support and assistance to Managers in managing the full range of HR policies and procedures detailed within our employee handbook including; disciplinary, grievance, absence, long term sick, management of terms and conditions, performance development, and probation
* Be the first point of contact for all matters relating to HR, supporting and advising managers and employees
* Arranging, advising on, administering and supporting in disciplinary and grievance hearings, seeking guidance from the Head of HR with complex issues
* Monitor and investigate sickness absence levels of all employees and flag any issues to Head of HR
* Supporting and coordinating TUPE transfers into and out of the business
* Recruitment and Selection including producing offer letters, induction plans, providing feedback to internal candidates and supporting with assessments.
* Learning and Development including supporting line managers with Performance Development plans, identifying learning needs and the coordination of company side training.
* Performance Management including supporting Managers in delivering performance reviews, ensuring that the performance review process is adhered to by all Managers and supporting Line Managers with performance related issues and advising on performance improvement plans

The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background where you have previously worked closely with a client group. You should be available fairly quickly and will ideally be CIPD qualified.
