HR Administrator - 6 month contract - £18,500

Your new company
We are currently working in partnership with a well know business based in the Leeds area. Due to continued success and increased workflow they require a confident HR Administrator to join the business on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

Your new role
Reporting to HR Team Lead you will be responsible for a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring the continued smooth running of HR activities within the business. You will maintain the integrity of the HR system, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. You will support the HR team with payroll administration as well as acting as the first point of contact for general queries, utilising your knowledge of HR best practice and legislation. You will record and monitor staff absence and benefit administration ensuring periodic reports are completed for Managers where necessary. General support for the wider HR team will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this varied HR opportunity you will have previous experience working as a HR Administrator or equivalent. You will be a confident communicator and comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders across the business. You will be competent utilising Microsoft Office packages and be able to prioritise workload using your own initiative.
