Are you an office assistant with ample accounting experience? Are you an exceptionally organised individual with flexibility and excellent attention to detail?



The Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join our market-leading financial services organisation to join as a pivotal person within the company. You will be responsible for delivering timely and effective administration services, ensuring the business to meet its organisational objectives. You will also need to be ready to take over payroll.

The Role

Based in London, you will be undertaking all office administration duties (Finance, HR, Office Management & Admin) and providing daily support to the Finance & HR Manager. With a customer-service minded approach, you will have continuous liaison with both clients and suppliers and will handle highly confidential details, including contracts and complex invoices. Finance takes a lead in this role, with responsibilities including preparing monthly reports, credit control, filing invoices, annual audits, daily cash flow, annual budgets and forecasts and so on.

Who You'll Be

* The ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet cyclical deadlines

* Some experience of book keeping is needed

* Must have previous Accounts experience - SAGE 50 highly desired

* Qualifications ideally - AAT (Associate of Accounting Technicians) or ACCA

*A confident communicator who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel

* Experience of HR administration and office management is advantageous
