HR Business Partner
My Client, a medical health care provider in South East London requires a determined HR Business Partner to join them for a period of 6 months. Working alongside the Head of HR you will be providing guidance and advice to managers across the organisation, delivering a professional and responsive HR service.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Work in partnership with the head of HR and wider HR team in undertaking operational case work including :
• Equality and Diversity
• Organisational Change
• Sickness Absence
- Provide expert advice to all managers and Co owners on all terms and conditions including employment law, agenda for change, annual leave and flexible working.
- Develop strong working relationships within the organisation to ensure good communication across the organisation.
You will be an experienced, results focused individual Possessing excellent communication skills, experience in using HR databases and a high knowledge of employment law.
