I have an exciting opportunity for a highly articulate, engaging Interim HR MI Analyst to support my client on an 18 month fixed term contract

Based in Birmingham, my client is a highly regarded professional services organisation with an international presence

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Reward & Performance, the HR MI Analyst for providing support to the HR team and wider business through the production and analysis of people related data.

Key Accountabilities

As HR MI Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Work closely with the HR and resourcing team
* Create board packs for the HR Director with input from resourcing, L&D and HRBP's
* Produce and run monthly HR reports using their HR system
* Respond to data requests from the HR team and wider business as required
* Support Business Development work through the creating of data for bids
* Work with the GPTW project leader to produce analysis of results

Key Experience/ Skills

* An experienced HR MI Analyst
* Knowledgeable of HR systems and their reporting functionality
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Previous experience of creating and analysing data packs for different audiences
* Excellent stakeholder management skills

This role is being offered on an 18 month FTC, with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
