HR Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
T2M resourcing are recruiting an HR Manager / Business Partner exclusively on behalf of the UK Division of a major global engineering company. This is a business critical appointment that will be a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months to commence in September 2017.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR Management of the UK business and also some international operations and thus must have covered all aspects of HR from an advisory and execution perspective during the course of your career to date.
Supporting the Board and Senior Management Team, everything ‘HR’ related will be your responsibility. From recruitment and induction, to pensions and performance management, personal development plans and training, HR communications, HR Legal and advisory services and adherence to best practice policies and procedures will all be down to you! Prior experience of using the SAP HR module or similar would be advantageous.
In addition to proven HR experience and CIPD membership you will need great interpersonal and communication skills – not only as advisor and influencer to the Management Team but also trusted as the ‘go to’ person for all employees on HR issues. To undertake a role of this nature you will need exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and ‘push back’ on non-relevant task requests.
