HR Advisor | Leading Management Consultancy | Guildford
A leading Management Consultancy organisation based in the Guildford area are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their small and dedicated team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is both an internal and customer facing HR role that involves supporting multiple organisations, particularly start-ups and those going through periods of growth both domestically and internationally, across a fully generalist HR remit. Key deliverables will be the provision of guidance, advice and support across all aspects of HR, including Employee Relations, Policy and Procedures and Recruitment through bespoke solutions dependant on individual client needs. The ability to be flexible, adaptable and to truly understand the value of propositions and support to varied organisations will be critical to succeed in this varied and exciting role.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be an experienced CIPD qualified (or part-qualified) HR generalist with experience of working within a fast-paced business environment. A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously with strong employment law knowledge and experience of designing and updating policies will key. Experience of working across international boundaries would also be highly desirable.
