Regional HR Advisor
Our Client is a very successful and expanding manufacturing business and it has a vacancy for a Regional HR Advisor to work across sites based across the UK.
This role is generalist in nature, providing HR support across the business, reporting to a HR Director. Although generalist, this individual would also be the HR Lead for Learning & Development. It would suit experienced HR Advisors who enjoy Learning & Development and are interested in specialising in this area. Alternatively you may be a specialist in Learning & Development with some experience of generalist HR and able to manage the hard edge of employee relations. A key focus will involve working with managers to help identify gaps in talent and in helping upskill line managers and supporting the development of a core skills development programme.
From a personality point of view, you will need to be smart, independent and with good judgement. In addition, resilience and the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload will be an advantage.
The role is based mainly in Suffolk, although some national travel will be involved.
