My client is currently seeking to recruit a highly experienced and competent HR Analyst on a 3 month FTC basis whilst they recruit permanently. You will monitor, manage all report on all people data to ensure excellent insight HR insight and monitor trends and areas for concern etc.

You will have key strengths and proven experience in HRMI and reporting methodologies with the ability to interrogate complex sets of data. You will have excellent analytical experience that includes extraction of information from HR reports and manipulation of data through Microsoft excel and SQL. You will have the ability to design and produce complex reports and interpret accordingly for effective communication and delivery across the business.

The successful candidate may also be considered for the permanent appointment.

Key Accountabilities

* Proven track record in a similar MI role, ideally reporting on varied HR KPI metrics
* Ability to hit the ground running under minimum supervision
* Proven strengths in reporting skills when dealing with complex sets of data
* Advanced Excel skills
