Commerical in nature, our client is well established & a highly successful market leader within their specialist service sector. The pace of the business is quick and as such you will be required to hit the ground running and establish strong working relationships from the get go. You'll be joining a dedicated & engaged wider HR team, and will be afforded a great deal of autonomy whilst working within a supportive values driven business.

Initially on an interim basis as Learning & Development Business Partner, you and will be required to deliver a range of career enhancing skills to an exacting customer group. You will be credible in nature and possess excellent stakeholder skills especially around communication and influencing; in order to gain credibility from your business group and promote the value of the development programme. The main aims of the development programme is to help underpin a high performing culture and promote best practice as "business as usual".

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering a range of development programmes at all levels including management & graduate programmes. This role will suit a candidate with relevant development experience from a corporate environment akin to accountancy or banking. Predominantly based from Liverpool, there will also be some limited travel to other offices within in the UK. The role is offered an in interim basis for 6 months and requires an immediate start.
