Your new company

You will work for a multinational company based in Reading who provides avionics and information technology systems and services.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and varied administrative service for the HR department. You will be an experienced administrator who is detail orientated with excellent planning and communication skills, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in databases and systems. This will include entering complex data and conducting audits. Be the point of contact for all related matters with departmental systems to multi-country stakeholders, employees and customers. Prepare, process, and analyse a variety of data, information and reports, including the design of reports where required. Coordinate and support projects (within UK, Europe and US) to improve systems and processes. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments including recommendations for new procedures. Ensure all new starter/leaver administration is actioned in a timely manner. Create IT requests via SAP, create personnel files, and inform relevant departments of the new starter/leaver. Receive and prioritise telephone calls, business visitors, and incoming mail; route mail and inquiries to proper personnel.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Administrator able to coordinate projects to introduce or improve systems and processes. Have an intermediate level knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access and ensure completion of tasks is not delayed by using network of functions, tools and systems to gather and utilise information. Manages own time effectively - able to prioritise day to day activities and responds constructively to changing schedules. You will maintain a calm and positive outlook during stressful situations.
