HR Business Partner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 8a HR business Partner to join an NHS trust in the South East. Working in partnership with key stakeholders you will be providing guidance and advice to managers across the organisation, delivering a professional and responsive HR service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a strategic Business partner to a designated Division.
- Analyse and Identify appropriate support aimed at improving capability.
- Oversee fundamental projects with the Human Resources and Organisation Design team.
- Engage and involve the HR team to support and carry out the change programmes accordingly.
- Develop and coach managers on various HR issues.
This role requires a strong HR generalist with a high level of change exposure and significant management experience.
