An Excellent Permanent, HR Manager job opportunity, within a professional, successful SME in Milton Keynes, with an ambitious growth strategy.

Your new role
As a permanent HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing an HR plan to support the companies business plans and growth strategy. You will be responsible for all generalist HR duties including managing the end-end recruitment and selection process and customising induction plans, developing learning and development and succession plans, supporting and coaching managers on any Employee Relations issues, managing reward, benefits and recognition schemes to support candidate attraction and retention. You will also be responsible for all related HR Administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a stand-alone role within an SME, managing all HR duties from end-end. You will ideally be CIPD Qualified or equivalent or Part-CIPD qualified.
