HR Manager - Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
My client, one of the UK’s most well-known charities is looking for a people manager to join their dedicated team.
Based in the East London and reporting directly into the Head of Policy you will be a crucial member of the HR team.
Working in partnership with the people team and employees across the organisation you will be responsible in ensuring the development and attraction of a representative workforce.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Delivering HR projects within the EDI strategy ensuring progress towards the company’s performance indicators.
• Overseeing the design and implementing of effective and inclusive employment practice for staff and volunteers.
• Undertaking Equality Impact Assessments on key projects and policies
• Design and implement training programmes at all levels on relevant EDI awareness topics
You will be a self-motivated, results focused individual possessing a strong knowledge of management policies and processes with an up to date knowledge of HR trends. This role requires HR project experience with an Equality and Diversity focus.
