Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager
My client, a leading university committed to academic excellence requires a knowledgeable Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager. You will be working in partnership with stakeholders within the university’s equality committee overseeing the strategic development.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Contribute towards the development and implementation of the people and equality strategy.
• Voice clear communication on critical equality issues across the organisation.
• Ensure that good practice is managed across the University through the development and review of policies and procedures.
• Provide information, advice, guidance and support to Managers and Staff on matters relating to EDI
You will be an excellent networker, possessing the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Carrying a passion for project management and a firm insight into Equality, Diversity and Inclusion development you will have experience of advising, analysing and solving.
