Human Resources Business Partner /HR BP
Pontypridd (Based at Ty Pennant)
Salary £35,880 per annum
37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

To support our clients ambitions they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.  Working closely with senior leaders, you'll coach, challenge and act as a consultant to deliver organisational change by aligning business objectives with HR strategy.  You will analyse people management, financial and organisational data to identify areas for organisational improvement.  Providing objective and professional expertise, you'll provide HR support and guidance to leaders, managing a personal caseload and ensuring the relationship between our client and their employees is managed within a clear transparent framework, underpinned by policies and procedures and ultimately employment law. 

A Member of the CIPD with level 7 or above, you will have experience of working in partnership with Trade Unions and be able to demonstrate relevant and up to date CPD, in particular employment law, and of dealing with complex employment relations cases, as well as experience of managing organisational change.  You will also support the Head of HR and deputise when required.  You will have responsibility for the management of the HR Assistant and will oversee the work of the Assistant HR Business Partner.
