HR Change Manager
My client is a great not for profit international organisation based in Central London who require a professional and knowledgeable change manager for a period of 18 months. You will be providing efficient leadership and advice on the people aspects of change and implementing the change programme across the organisation.
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the change programme is correctly outlined and executed in both a timely and cost efficient manner in line with the organisations policies and values.
• Design an appropriate recruitment and selection process to create a new organisation structure.
• Support and coach managers in the efficient delivery of the people change programme inclusive of up skilling HR teams.
• Management of the successful communication of key messages around change.
You will be a capable and self-assured HR professional who can influence staff and stakeholders developing lasting successful relationships. Possessing expertise in the delivery of large scale change programmes and relevant employment practices.
