This interim Resourcing Advisor contract is a critical appointment within an organisation experiencing major growth and investment. Working alongside a team of Resourcing Advisors and aligned to your own designated client group, you will efficiently balance resourcing needs that span interim and permanent appointments for both specialist, qualified and support roles.



Working closely with your client group to fully understand needs and offer appropriate recruitment advice, you will work together to ensure that strong talent is attracted within designated timeframes and budgets. This contract is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a organisation and HR function that is undergoing exciting change and development.





Examples of Responsibilities



* Effectively make use of appropriate attraction and selection methods to recruit key roles and develop a talent database
* Manage the use of recruitment systems and processes, ensuring effective utilisation
* Manage multiple vacancies effectively, recruiting to quality, time and cost
* Consult with the business at all levels, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and best practice shared
* Ensure all stages of the recruitment cycle are managed efficiently, working to a best quality practice
* Promote the core values of the organisation and effectively manage candidate and other external supplier relationships to ensure a strong candidate experience



* Skills & Experience



* Previous experience of working in specialist resourcing roles, recruiting varied types of roles often volume in nature
* Confidence when dealing with varied internal stakeholders up to and including a senior level
* Proactive and hard-working attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* High standards of customer service with the ability to work to tight deadlines
