HR & Training Manager
Are you passionate about people development? Is your forte as an HR professional in driving change and developing a coaching culture? An opportunity has arisen with a well-established, international business to join a progressive HR function to help them succeed with their development journey and contribute to an exciting, fast moving business. This is a hybrid Learning & Development/HR Generalist role. However, the focus will be on Learning & Development, managing a small team of Trainers as well as providing HR support to the Head of HR. There are lots of exciting change management projects to be involved in, driven by the journey towards becoming a ‘World class’ organisation. There is a lot of scope to develop line managers; change behaviours; improve performance management, thereby making a huge contribution to cultural change.
This role is suitable for graduate calibre HR/L&D professionals ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment or similar. You could either be an L&D professional with some HR generalist experience or an HR Generalist with a passion for and interest in L&D; perhaps someone who enjoys delivering soft skills training. Either way, this is a genuine opportunity for candidates seeking personal challenge and self-development. Ideally, someone who is an extrovert with strong leadership skills; initiative and influencing skills and a consultative, collegiate approach will succeed in this role.
