Interim Head of Learning and Development - £450pd - 6 month contract

Annapurna is looking for someone to head the Learning and Development team managing the global L&D function. To be successful in this role you must have experience managing in the following service areas:

* Design, Development and Delivery
* Leadership of L&D function
* The Head of Learning and Development is responsible for leading and managing the global L&D function, covering the whole learning cycle;
* Understanding and interpreting the organisation strategy to lead the development and implementation of a learning and development plan that meets the requirements of the business.
* It provides strategic and proactive thought leadership on approach to L&D and ensures this is translated into tangible business drivers evaluated to ensure return on investment. It develops and delivers interventions that support engagement, talent and capability development.
* The role ensures that the most efficient and cost-effective solutions are delivered for a range of learning needs of employees.
