HR Administrator | Unique Organisation | Guilford
A leading Management Consultancy organisation based in the Guilford area are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their small and dedicated HR team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is both an internal and customer facing HR Administrator role that involves supporting multiple organisations, particularly start-ups and those going through periods of growth both domestically and internationally. Key deliverables will be the provision of comprehensive administrative support, the management of both internal and client employee database systems, the supporting of recruitment processes and the maintenance of relevant HR policies and documentation. Supporting both internal and external stakeholders, this is a unique, busy and challenging role, where time management and attention to detail will be key.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be an experienced HR Administrator with experience of working in a fast paced and highly professional environment. Being qualified or working towards CIPD Level 3 would be a distinct advantage as would experience of working in a Shared Services environment.
