My client is a world leader in their industry and a well known and recognised brand.

Your new role
This is a newly created role reporting to the Director of Talent & L&D. Managing the talent identification process and associated outcomes, working with your client group to improve the overall understanding, knowledge & capability on talent management within the HR community and support and develop the new employer brand internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in global matrix organisations and able to collaboratively.
