This is a top tier global consultancy business base in the heart of London.

Your new role
As a recruitment coordinator you will be in charge of your own business area and will be in charge of the coordination for one of the busiest business areas and key for the organisation. You will be arranging interviews, screening candidates, phone interviews, advertising, managing job boards, dealing with candidates and internal stake holders, etc. You will report into the recruitment lead and will be part of wider team of 6 people.

What you'll need to succeed

As a recruitment coordinator you must have solid experience in a similar position and environment. You must be used to managing complex processes and high volumes of recruitment. You will be working very closely with the recruitment partners, assisting them to manage 45 to 50 roles at the same time. You must be confident, reliable and able to remain calm under pressure and is able to prioritise and multitask.
