This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join our busy team and help shape our growing charity which employs over 800 people across multiple locations the Cheshire East area.
We have recently taken all payroll and HR activities in house to accompany our HR Business Partner team.
‘Developing our people’ is at the core of our business plan and this role will be key in ensuring that the best people – are identified, developed and rewarded to drive our new business forward.
This opportunity may suit someone taking their first step into HR management but bringing with you a strong operational understanding of transactional HR & payroll activities, and we will provide the opportunities to develop strategic skills.
Flexible working will be supported and while this is a full-time role of 37 hours per week, reduced hours (30+) would be considered for the right person.
You will have a strong HR generalist background, be CIPD qualified and have a passion for supporting & developing people. You must also be able to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to CPD.
