£75,000 - £90,000 + car, bonus and benefits

This is a great opportunity to join a global organisation with iconic brands and an exciting growth agenda to play the lead role shaping and leading the talent and OD agenda across the sizeable UK and Ireland business.

Working with both regional and global business, HR and talent/OD team you will focus on areas such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Performance Management, culture development, engagement, Talent analytics, Organisation Design, Strategic workforce planning and resourcing strategy. Creating and embedding new frameworks and interventions you will seek to enable the business to understand the talent it has and it needs to achieve its future goals and to enhance its ability to attract, retain and develop that talent.

The role might suit a HR Director or Head of HR who has focused on Talent Management with experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, and Strategic Resourcing aligning to the business strategy. International and Generalist Human Resource Management experience coupled with Leadership skills.

You should be a game changer, someone with the passion and creativity backed up with sound technical knowledge to be able to build the right solutions and the influencing capability to ensure these land effectively in a complex fast paced business.
