Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Business based in Bristol, to recruit a talented Compensation & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be delivering Domestic and International C&B advice and solutions to a Global Client Group.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

* Provide a full range of compensation & benefits information and incentives internationally
* Competent at supporting international salary review processes & market benchmarking
* Lead on any analysis processes to facilitate the planning, budgeting, modelling and processing of annual compensation review cycle including any bonus plans
* Oversee day to day operation and promotion of benefits and pensions portfolio; manage contracts relating to third party benefit suppliers
* Participate in the design, development and delivery of compensation and benefits projects
* Develop and execute plans of work to support requirements, which demonstrate the work that will be undertaken, the likely timescales and outcomes
* Ensure work plans are progressed as agreed and that problems / issues are highlighted as early as possible in the process and managed to a positive outcome
* Work with the Senior Management to develop services and processes that provide the most competitive and cost-effective solution
* Keep abreast of developments and trends in International C&B legislative requirements, new products, best practices and industry changes that will impact / benefit the Business Groups

You will have experience with building relationships, managing a variety of work demands in a high-pressure environment and possess a high standard of written and spoken English. Your experience will also include providing advisory services in and / or with an International Operation. Ideally but not essentially you will be familiar with start-up situations across either / both EMEA or APAC.
