HR Analyst

This role is a great opportunity to work as part of a wider HR function within a well-established, respected service business offering a fantastic working environment. Supporting the organisations HR service delivery, your role will be key in capturing, monitoring and reporting on all people related data.

You will have key strengths and proven experience in HRMI and reporting methodologies with the ability to interrogate complex sets of data. You will have excellent analytical experience that includes extraction of information from HR reports and manipulation of data through Microsoft excel and SQL. You will also have the ability to design and produce complex reports, identify key trends and interpret accordingly for effective communication across the business.

Key Skills & Experience

* Proven track record in a similar HRMI role reporting on varied HR KPI metrics; manipulating, comparing and investigating large quantities of data.
* Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers of all levels, up to senior management.
* SQL and power query knowledge
* Advanced MS Excel skills
