Director of HR
We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-assured Director of HR to join a social care non-profit organisation in the Oxfordshire area. You will oversee the HR function in developing the corporate strategy, delivering productive support in organisational development, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate the HR team to provide a first class, professional service.
- Work in partnership with the Chief Executive and Directors in making a productive contribution to the strategic direction and leadership of the organisation.
- Advocate the organisations visions and values, ensuring they ingrained in strategies, actions and policies.
- Advise the non-executive Board on HR and Organisational Development issues and strategies.
You will be a motivated, results- focused senior HR leader who can inspire and motivate with the ability to engage staff and stakeholders by developing lasting successful collaborative relationships.
