A growing financial sector organisation with 250 employees and plans for growth our client has been transitioning from a quasi-public sector body to a commercial entity so is on a truly fascinating change journey where HR is playing a key role.

A new role of Internal Communications Specialist has recently been created to report to the Head of Communications. The role will take ownership of the execution and ongoing development of the IC strategy. Managing and developing key internal communication channels and content, internal events advising business leaders on communications to employees and other engagement tools. There is considerable opportunity to make a difference at a great time to join the business.

You should be an experience internal communications or employee engagement specialist, of graduate calibre ideally qualified in marketing or communications that can bring creativity and ideas to shape and innovate to a progressive approach to engagement across the business. A capable influencer and relationship manager, with superior written and organisational skills, experience within the financial sector or across both private and public sector would be an advantage. The role will initially be appointed on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
