A small TV, film and video production company are looking for a standalone HR Manager.

Your new role
This role will be a standalone position reporting into the CEO supporting a small client group. You will have full responsibility for the whole HR function this includes but not limited to; recruitment and retention, absence management, talent management, HR planning, implementing a new appraisal process etc. You will be first point of contact for all employee relations cases and coaching managers on best practise. Managing the employee file's ensure all ongoing paperwork is properly updated, and filed in an organised way; monitoring immigration status etc. This role is a true generalist position and would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to really make their mark in a fast paced working environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to work autonomously and partner with the business, with strong HR knowledge to influence key stakeholder on HR best practice. This role needs someone who has previously worked within a smaller organisation and managed the HR function in a standalone capacity. Someone who has worked within a similar environment and be aware of the middle eastern work culture would be beneficial.
