Senior HR Business Partner - Europe

£60,000 - £80,000 + benefits

A leader in their sector driving a bold cultural change supported by a new vision and values that is building in innovation, agility and collaboration in its approach to keep it ahead of its competition and focused on strong global growth.

This is a great opportunity to work with a challenging senior leadership team to embed a commercial business partnering approach. This international division has the potential to double in size over the next 18 months so there is lots of opportunity to make both a strategic and operational difference for the leadership team which brings scope for the incumbent to grow with the role.

The position would suit an experienced HR Business Partner with a wealth of experience supporting a European client group at an operational level. You should have a strong working knowledge of European Labour Laws and be looking for a role where you can work closely with your European client group to add real value.

As European Senior HR Business Partner you will be based in London and will travel to your European sites an anticipated once a week (for a few days) and will relish the opportunity to build strong, effective working relationships with your client group. Joining a busy, rapidly expanding business you will be happy working in a fast paced, challenging, dynamic environment.

The role will support a relatively small population, currently located in three European countries and will provide a comprehensive operational HR service to support high performance across Europe. You will ensure practices are conducted in line with the organisations guidelines, procedures and legal requirements, within an agreed budget.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of partnering a European client group on a hands on operational level. You should have a strong European Employment Law knowledge and a good understanding of European Work Councils. Whilst a second European language is not a pre-requisite, it would be a useful asset for this role.

If you are looking for a challenging, exciting European business partnering role, please click to apply and send your current CV to our recruitment partners Paul Tanton and Isobel Rose highlighting your previous experience of European operational HR roles.
