Our client is a well-known brand operating globally. They are currently looking to identify an employee relations specialist/consultant with a good technical and strategic depth who can join them for several months to carry out a piece of ER project work across their employee relations frameworks and policies. They feel that their ER policies and templates are in need of a review and overhaul to update them to best in class standards. This will encompass policies and templates across areas such as discipline and grievance, sickness, occupational health, legal contracts etc.

There will also be scope to be involved in managing some more complex ER issues for the business on an operational level.

Candidates should be experienced ER specialists with both strong and up to date operational ER experience and specific experience of developing and updating ER policies, processes and templates in a corporate environment.

Our client would like someone to start as soon as possible and the assignment is likely to last until the end of the year.

The assignment could be considered on both a full or a part-time basis.
