HR Manager required for 12 month FTC commencing Sep/Oct 2017.

My client, a well established and respected business based in Essex has a requirement for a confident and flexible HR Manager to join their business. This role will take responsibility for all aspects of HR any payroll and will manage a team of two. Candidates will ideally be part of fully CIPD qualified and be prepared to travel to other sites across the East of England once or twice a week. This is a friendly and commercially focused business and would suit an individual who has worked in a similar size and structured business.

Main responsibilities:

HR - General Employee relations advice and support - Hands on management support for performance management / grievance / disciplinary issues - Welfare / Phased return meetings - Liaising with Occupational Health when necessary - Overseeing daily administration and information upload to the HR System for all employee matters (starters, leavers, changes, training records, event records) - Management reporting (Eg. Headcount, Exit Interviews) - Annual Pay rise preparation and administration Payroll & Benefits - Administration of pension schemes, Enhanced management and Auto-Enrolment - Healthcare annual renewal - Group Life Renewal - P11D Benefits
