A leading Oil & Gas company are looking for a HR Advisor.

Your new role
You will be working with the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor to support staff within the Division and contribute to the efficient running of the HR function. Your role will consist of operational HR and some project-based elements supporting a personnel mix consisting of Employees, Secondees, Expatriates, Graduates and direct-hire Contractors.You will manage the implementation and administration of all HR programmes and policies. You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR policies and procedures, providing advice to employees to ensure adherence to company policies. You will also prepare recruitment adverts, liaise with agencies and set up and coordinate interviews and conduct selection interviews for junior to mid-level vacancies.

What you'll need to succeed

* CIPD Qualified or studying towards
* HR generalist experience (recruitment & selection, comp & bens, change management & employee relations)
* You will come from an professional environment
* Experienced in Microsoft Office, with specific proficiency in MS Excel
* Accustomed to working in a fluid, diverse and fast paced work environment
* Good interpersonal and communication skills and confident in communication with people across all levels of the company
* Oil & Gas experience would be an advantage
