Your new company
Working with this recognisable organisation, this contract job for a Policy Adviser will be joining a critical team in an established and reputable head office, for a National organisation.

Your new role
The role is offered initially on an interim basis, and will suit an experienced Policy development specialist, ideally with specific experience and knowledge working in a Unionised environment, however that is not a critical requirement to your application. Experience researching and bench-marking for policy development however is, in addition to drafting, amending and creating from scratch new policies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a subject matter expert across Employee Relations, with confident knowledge of robust and yet flexible 'fit-for-purpose' HR Policy creation. Additionally you will be available to start a role in the next couple of weeks, happy to commit to the job for 8 or 9 months, and keen to join an existing team where you can utilise your skills and add value to a business.

What you'll get in return
A commitment of contract period, paid on a weekly basis, a degree of flexibility in the working arrangements, a 37 hour week, convenient location and the opportunity to join this reputable organisation and have key input to policy development and creation.
