Grade 7 Starting salary: £32,004 per annum

Keele University is seeking to appointment two Human Resources Advisors to join a team of HR professionals providing dedicated generalist support to designated areas of the University.  Both positions are full time, with one position being offered indefinitely and the second position offered on a 10 month fixed term contract.

These posts represent an exciting opportunity for two ambitious individuals to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Directorate for Human Resources.  The Directorate provides a diverse range of services to staff here at Keele University and is organised across three principal areas of service: Human Resources; Learning and Professional Development; and Occupational Health and Safety.  The Directorate is also responsible for the provision of the Day Nursey, a support service offered to Staff, Students and the local community.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work together to provide dedicated professional HR advice and guidance across the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Directorate for Marketing and Communications and Keele Students’ Union.  Candidates should be CIPD qualified, or very near to completion, with experience of providing a wide range of operational HR services within a unionised environment and the ability to build strong positive working relationship.  Experience of working within the NHS or HE Sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
