The opportunity has arisen for a part time HR Advisor to join a small yet ambitious housing organisation based in South London.
This is a part-time role, working 21 hours over a three day week. Reporting directly in to the Corporate Services Manager you will providing HR advice, administration and system support to management and the wider team. This is a stand-alone role and you will gain the opportunity to shape the service as the HR lead on projects and policy development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide day-to-day HR system administration for the organisation
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures and advice on day to day employee relation issues.
- Support recruitment campaigns and provide guidance to recruiting managers, ensuring appropriate assessments are carried out.
You will be an experienced and engaging individual possessing excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Building strong relationships will come naturally to you, demonstrating the organisation’s values and principles building instant credibility at all levels within the business.
