Head of HR
Our client, an established and highly successful charity based in Ipswich is looking to expand their senior management team with the critical appointment of a Head of HR.

Having recently been through a period of transformation they are set for an exciting future and in order to realise their ambitions they require a motivational, tenacious and highly proficient Head of HR.
Reporting into the CEO you will provide excellent leadership and management to the HR and volunteer function and be responsible for key projects that will help to deliver the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility will include:-
- Strategic HR Management
- Aligning HR Strategy to Organisational Strategy
- Performance Management/Employee Relations
- Talent, Engagement, Development and Retention
- Organisational Development
- Management of HR Team
The successful candidate will need to be able to operate strategically and operationally at the same time, juggling several different complex projects and tasks with competing tight deadlines. You must be resilient, able to manage complex and challenging situations, with often limited resources, providing innovative and creative solutions.
