Currently seeking a strong HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Orpington.

Your new role
Responsibilities:

* To provide administrative support to the HR team in all aspects of the day to day operation of HR and professional development activities, whilst providing excellent customer service.
* To act as a key link between Payroll, the HR Transactional team and the general HR service team
* To support the administration of both the HR and Recruitment email inbox, dealing and responding to enquires received.
* To maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files.
* To support the Learning & Development Manager in dealing with administrative functions e.g. bookings for internal and external courses and events, ensuring that training records are updated and administering the induction training programme etc. through iTrent.
* To undertake the processing of all new starters and leavers.
* To produce contracts of employment and contract modification letters i.e. confirming change of salary and other contract modifications
* To administer recruitment and selection decisions, dealing with enquiries from prospective applicants/staff.
* Develop and maintain HR information available to all staff on the Intranet, including vacancies.
* Support iTrent maintenance and development activities.
* To input and maintain accurate staff data on the HR software system.
* To provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to staff and managers.

What you'll need to succeed

* Minimum CIPD Level 3 is essential plus experience within iTrent.
* Demonstrable experience of administrating and coordinating high levels and fast paced activities
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
* Demonstrable experience of all normal office applications - Microsoft Office/Excel
* Experience of working in a HR department/environment covering recruitment and selection
