Morgan Law is currently working on behalf of an NHS Trust located in the North Midlands who are seeking to appoint a new Recruitment Manager.
The ideal candidate will come with NHS experience or a healthcare background. You will be a strong recruitment project manager who can look at the current recruitment processes and procedures and help implement improvements.
The organisation is also looking at introducing a new recruitment system so you would also help support on implementing and training staff on how to use it.
Candidates wishing to apply for this role should be available to start at no more than 4 weeks notice, led teams before and finally have strong project management skills.
