Your new role
A newly created position covering strategic and operational HR. You will be providing strategic and operational input to business planning and human resource management, covering performance, development, compensation, benefits, employment law, employee relations, and all employee services, analysing the needs and developing effective solutions to support management and employees to achieve the companies objectives. You will join an HR team of 4 and take ownership of some of the core business functions, building effective working relationship with key senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working in an HR team within a financial services environment. You must have a proven ability to build key relationships across the board, and the passion to develop this skill further. You must have experience running cyclical HR including recruitment and ER. CIPD level 7 is desired but not a must.

What you'll get in return
