REF: PT6685

A truly global organisation, with 20,000 people across 40 markets, a leader in its field, with a sophisticated people agenda with exceptional global talent and people teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and Diversity this is a key role at the very heart of where the organisation builds excellence and thought leadership in the development programs and processes that shape how they drive such key agendas as leadership and emerging talent development, succession and talent review, culture, performance, engagement and diversity and inclusion.

As Global Talent Manager there is real scope to contribute to and own the design and delivery of global initiatives, both new and existing, across those key agendas to enable business success. As a member of a high calibre corporate talent team you will work with inspirational leaders in this field and have great visibility across the most senior levels of the business. Consequently there is huge scope for personal and career development and the opportunity to shape your progression down a number of channels be that in specialist or generalist HR leadership roles in the UK or abroad.

As an individual you will be high potential, with an interest and passion in talent management/development, culture and engagement. You will bring strengths in critical and creative thinking with the ability to appraise and shape programs and processes to add real value to global initiatives and the program management ability to see your ideas land effectively. You will possess superior stakeholder management and influencing skills whilst being adept in the use data to ensure insights and decisions are evidence based. In your career to date you could have come from a number of backgrounds. You could have evolved through the corporate HR route on a graduate HR program and onto either a specialisation in talent management, learning or OD or be an ambitious HR Business Partner with an interest in specialising within the talent management space for a period. Alternatively you could currently be within a consultancy environment with a focus on talent, learning or human capital consultancy working with international clients and looking to make a move in-house. Either way this represents an exceptional opportunity to build your career in a superb global business.
