HR Manager, Permanent, North West, c£35,000 plus excellent benefits. 

Our client is a successful, leading organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their existing HR team.

As HR Manager you will report into the HR Director and for part of the wider HR team. You will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support to managers across the business.  An experienced and motivational manager you will support on all HR issues including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, engagement and recruitment whilst driving cultural change and developing leadership capability. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives whilst constantly improving processes and ways of working within your department.

A solid generalist you have a proven track record of successfully implementing change and commercially adding value within a within a fast paced organisation and will have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
