Your new company
A retail fashion company who has stores in over 40 countries around the world are looking for a standalone HR Manager to support their UK division.

Your new role
As the HR Manager you will report into the board and support the UK stores. You will be manage talent by coordinating employer branding activities, recruiting and selecting the store staff, sales force and headquarter employees. You will support management to improve capability, performance and talent within the business and co-ordination with the training department. This role will support and advise management by administering a wide range of agendas for all employees.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident HR Manager who has solid experience within a Retail environment and educated with a degree. You will have strong knowledge of recruiting tools and methods, social/digital recruiting and new employer branding tools. You will have good knowledge of local labour laws as well as knowledge of performance evaluation tools and methods. You will be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills, the Italian language would be a bonus. You will be an innovative thinking, flexible and goal- oriented approach.
