Your new company
Hays HR are currently working with a key client in Sheffield who are looking for two HR / Recruitment Assistants for approximately 3 months, which have the potential to become permanent for the right people.

Your new role
Your new role will be to support the recruitment department on a temporary basis who have recently had a move around in their team. You will largely be involved in the administration, planning and coordinating all recruitment in a fast paced in-house recruitment team. You will administer and maintain the companies ATS system, liaise with key stakeholders in the business in order to evaluate their requirements, organise interviews, give candidates feedback, help with pre-screening, reference checking and short listing where required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally have some HR or Recruitment experience and have worked in a fast paced, transactional Shared Service environment. You will also be available at short notice and be extremely organised.
