Your new company
Hays HR are proud to be working exclusively with an up and coming technology business in Sheffield, who due to recent rapid expansion are now looking for an experienced HR Administrator / Assistant to join the HR Team.

Your new role
Your new role will be to provide a first class administrative and general support service to the HR Advisor by taking responsibility for all documents involved in the employee life-cycle such as issuing offer letters, obtaining references, sending out pension information, etc. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic records and track a range of key performance indicators. This is a new role and business, so you will also support the team with wider HR duties within your capability.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have demonstrable working experience within a HR team, be ambitious and be able to work independently.
