Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries including parental leave, sickness and holiday. You will be managing the HR inbox, replying to emails and escalating queries further if needed. You will be helping out with Training and Recruitment Admin including scheduling interviews, booking venues and sending out offer letters. Using SAGE you will be responsible for editing and running reports as well as collating Payroll data on new starters and leavers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working as an HR Administrator within a Global Media business. You will have supported the entire HR life-cycle including acting as first point of contact for queries and producing all HR correspondence. It is essential that you have previously used SAGE and be able to edit data and run reports. You must also have knowledge of collating Payroll. You must have excellent attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to an ongoing contract.
