Your new company
Currently working with a Bradford based, private sector organisation looking to appoint a Reward Partner to their busy HR department either on a contract or permanent basis with immediate start.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a commercial Reward strategy across the organisation, driving continuous improvement and developing the HR brand across the business. You will manage specific reward projects, liaising with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders as well as leading salary benchmarking projects, ensuring appropriate management information is available to support key business decisions. Managing all salary and bonus review cycles across the business, you will ensure all payments and communications follow company values. You will act as a subject matter expert surrounding all aspects of reward including compensation, incentive mechanisms, benefits and recognition systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this varied strategic Reward opportunity you will be CIPD qualified with a track record of success leading multiple, complex reward projects. With previous people management experience you will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable developing relationships internally and externally to the business. With highly developed numeracy skills you will have a proven ability to budget and monitor spend.
